SINGLE SIDE SWING DOOR WITH PRESSURE TYPE LATCH. TUBULAR HEATING ELEMENT AND 10" CIRCULATING FAN ARE LOCATED IN THE RIGHT SIDE WALL PLENUM. HEATED AIR IS CIRCULATED INSIDE THE WORK CHAMBER HORIZONTALLY FROM THE RIGHT SIDE FRONT AND BACK AT EACH TRAY POSITION THEN RETURNS TO THE CENTER OF THE RIGHT WALL PLENUM. AN AIR SAFETY SWITCH MONITORS THE CIRCULATING AIR. OVEN HAS A FRESH AIR INLET ON LEFT SIDE WALL & TOP MOUNTED EXHAUST PORT WITH SLIDE GATE. THERE ARE PROVISIONS FOR 4 TRAYS, OVEN INTERIOR IS STAINLESS STEEL. EXTERIOR SHEET METAL IS POWDER COATED WHITE. OPTION: PERFORATED STAINLESS STEEL TRAYS |
