AT THE COMPLETION OF THE HEAT CYCLE, THE BOTTOM AIR OPERATED SIDE SLIDING DOOR OPENS AND THE WORK BASKET IS LOWERED (7 SECOND QUENCH SPEED) INTO THE HEATED (50 KW) WATER QUENCH TANK THAT HAS (4) AGITATORS AND IS POWERED SO IT CAN BE MOVED AWAY TO ALLOW THE NEXT LOAD TO BE LOADED. ALSO SUPPLIED IS A HEATED (50 KW) RINSE TANK. FURNACE IS DESIGNED FOR A GROSS LOAD OF 1350 LBS. |
