PARTS TO BE HEATED ARE LOADED AT THE 3' OPEN LOAD AREA, PASS THROUGH THE 30' HEATED AREA TO A 3' FORCED COOLING AND UNLOADED AT THE 3' OPEN UNLOAD AREA. AIR SAFETY SWITCHES MONITORING THE CIRCULATING FANS AND POWERED EXHAUSTER (ZONE 1, ZONE 2 IS GRAVITY EXHAUST) WILL TERMINATE POWER TO THE HEATING ELEMENTS IN THE EVENT OF FAN FAILURE. POWER TO THE HEATING ELEMENTS IS THROUGH SCR CONTROL AND ARE ARRANGED IN A "SPLIT BANK" WHICH ENABLES THE OPERATOR TO REDUCE POWER CONSUMPTION AT LOWER OPERATING TEMPERATURES.
