AIR OPERATED VERTICAL LIFT FRONT DOOR. ROD TYPE HEATING ELEMENTS ARE MOUNTED ON BOTH SIDE WALLS, FLOOR AND REAR WALL. INTERIOR WALLS ROOF AND DOOR ARE LINED WITH LIGHT WEIGHT REFRACTORY. THE FLOOR IS LIGHT WEIGHT REFRACTORY BETWEEN THE BRICK PIERS. FURNACE IS DESIGNED TO BE USED WITH INERT ATMOSPHERE AND CAN BE QUICK COOLED BY AN EXTERNAL 3 H.P. BLOWER AND "U" SHAPED COOLING TUBES HANGING VERTICALLY ALONG THE SIDE & REAR WALLS. THIS ALLOWS THE FURNACE TO BE COOLED WHILE STILL UNDER ATMOSPHERE. POWER TO THE HEATING ELEMENTS IS THROUGH SCR CONTROL. FURNACE NEEDS REFRACTORY REPAIR AT THE DOOR JAMBS, DOOR AND NEW COOLING TUBES. |
